Our team, which will travel to the United States on 10 June, will train during the group stage at the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, home of the USC Trojans American football team and host of the Olympic Games in 1932 and 1984, as well as the upcoming 2028 Games.
This iconic venue, inaugurated in 1922, has played host to the final of the men’s football tournament at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, the men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup finals in 1994 and 1999 respectively, and the CONCACAF Gold Cup finals in 2002 and 2011.
The stadium, which was opened in 2002, can hold 69,000 spectators and will be the venue for our duel against the 2022 Concacaf Champions League winners.
The Slovenian goalkeeper has surpassed the five titles held by Ramallets and Valdés, with whom he was previously tied, and now stands alone as the keeper who has ended the most seasons with the best goals-conceded-per-game ratio.
