Introducing our new official app
Developed in partnership with Veritran, the Club’s Official Provider, the app offers an enhanced experience, making it easier to access the Club’s main content and services, as well as manage your season ticket digitally.
Atlético de Madrid presents its new official app, featuring a completely redesigned interface for a more intuitive, personalised and connected experience.
Available on iOS and Android devices, the app provides easy access to the Club’s content and services. It brings together all the latest news from the Rojiblancos, match coverage, ticket purchases, access to the Atleti Store and Atleti Tour & Museum, a single payment option for all purchases at Atleti Market, and the ability to order food and drinks on matchdays, alongside the main features for managing matchday tickets. You can also access your Personal Area to view the information associated with your membership, manage your preferences and personalise the communications you wish to receive.

MANAGE YOUR FOOTBALL AND PARKING SEASON TICKETS THROUGH THE APP: NEW SEASON TICKET TRANSFER SERVICE
The new app becomes the main hub for managing your season ticket digitally, allowing you to complete the most common tasks quickly, conveniently and securely from your mobile phone.
Your digital season ticket will always be available in the app, allowing you to enter the Riyadh Air Metropolitano using a QR code or add it to your Wallet to use NFC contactless technology at the stadium turnstiles and speed up entry. The club recommends this second option, since it does not require a cell phone signal or Wi-Fi when entering the stadium through the turnstiles.
The main new feature is the season ticket transfer service, which allows you to transfer your seat for a specific match when you are unable to attend, without having to share the QR code for the entire season. The recipient will securely receive a digital ticket by email, which they can use to enter the match. Their attendance will count towards season ticket usage once they have entered through the turnstile.
This service is available through the new app for all transferable general-admission* and VIP football season tickets, as well as parking pass holders.

Furthermore, if you are unable to attend and cannot transfer your seat, you can use the Release Your Season Ticket service, previously known as Season Ticket Resale, to make your seat and parking space available to the Club. If the seat is sold, you will receive a percentage of the actual sale price, keeping in mind that tickets may sometimes be sold at prices lower than the base rate due to member discounts, gift certificates, or special promotions.**
These features make it easier to manage your season ticket throughout the campaign and give you more options for making the most of your seat when you cannot attend a match.
YOU DECIDE HOW TO EXPERIENCE ATLETI
The new app also allows you to personalise your experience and access the content that matters most to you more easily.
In the Preferences section, you can configure the notifications you wish to receive and stay up to date with matches, tickets, promotions, content and the latest news from the Club.

The new official app has been developed in partnership with Veritran as part of Atlético de Madrid’s commitment to driving innovation and improving the digital experience for fans, members and season ticket holders.
This launch marks another step forward in the Club’s digital evolution, bringing together the main content and services across the Atleti universe in a more modern, integrated and accessible experience.
The design and creative concept for Level App were developed by Mr. Red, Atlético de Madrid’s sports marketing agency, which is responsible for translating the Club’s identity and values into a refreshed digital experience.

The new app replaces the previous version. Anyone who already has the app installed will need to update it to access the new version, while new users can download it free of charge from the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.

Download the app, sign in with your usual credentials and discover a more convenient way to follow Atleti and manage your season ticket from your mobile phone.
*This service is not available to season ticket holders with non-transferable tickets, including children’s season ticket holders and those with reduced mobility (PRM). Season ticket holders in the Lower South Stand will continue to transfer their tickets to another member through the online Personal Area, as they have done throughout the season.
**The earlier you release your seat, the greater the percentage of the resale price you will receive: 65% up to seven days before the match, 50% between seven days and 48 hours before kick-off, and 35% during the final 48 hours before the match. The credit accumulated throughout the season will be deducted from the price of your season ticket for the following season. The accumulated savings may not exceed 50% of the total price of the season ticket for the current season (the season in which the ticket is released for the selected matches), nor 50% of the total price of the season ticket for the new season.
