Sørloth reaches 100 games played in the Rojiblanco jersey
The Norwegian, who joined the Rojiblanco family during the 2024/25 season, plays his 100th game in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
Today's match against FC Barcelona in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals marks 100 games in which Alexander Sørloth has donned the Atlético de Madrid kit. The Norwegian arrived at the Club last season from Villarreal.
He made his official debut with Atlético against Villarreal at the Estadio de la Cerámica on 19 August 2024. In that match against his former team, he scored his first goal in our colours. Throughout his first 100 games as a Rojiblanco, the striker has scored 41 goals and provided three assists.
