WHAT IS THE GIFT VOUCHER?

As you may already know, one of the main novelties for this season is that you will receive a gift voucher with an amount of money that you will be able to spend in the club's official stores or on tickets for matches at the Wanda Metropolitano. Starting today, you can use it exclusively at our Madrid stores. You just need to download your code to use them.

The amount of the gift voucher is different depending on the card:

• Adult (25+ years old, born before 1-6-1996): 25 €
• Youth (14-24 years old, born between 1-6-1996 and 31-05-2007): 15 €
• Children (6-13 years old, born between 1-6-2007 and 31-05-2015): 10 €

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE GIFT VOUCHER?

Getting your gift voucher is very easy. You just need to follow these steps:

1. Access the Members’ Area using your ID and new credentials. If you haven’t generated them yet, you can do so here.

2. After accessing, click on the the "Gift Voucher" tab and on the following button.

3. Make sure the email address to which we send the information for you to redeem your gift voucher is correct (if it’s not, you can change it in the "Your details" section of the menu).

4. Present your gift code at any of the club's official stores. To redeem it, you must present it along with your ID and membership card at the time of purchase. You can do this in print or conveniently from your mobile phone.

* We remind you that this gift voucher can be exchanged exclusively for items available in our Madrid stores. Currently, it’s not possible to use your gift voucher when buying tickets for the Wanda Metropolitano. The club will inform you when this option is available.
