Our Foundation shows its support on Rare Disease Day
Our players of the first team supported this cause and took pictures and signed autographs to six children who suffer these diseases.
The Atlético de Madrid Foundation has shown its support on Rare Disease Day to all the people who suffer said diseases. Our Foundation has collaborated in this solidarity action with INDEPF (Institute of Research and Social Development of Rare Diseases) and the AVA Foundation, who is in charge of giving a voice to and treating Severe Neurological Disorders.
Jimena, Álvaro, Fernando, Pedro, Javi and Álvaro are a few children who suffer these type of rare diseases. This Tuesday, these children came to the Wanda Training Complex and had the chance to meet in person some of the players of the first team. Fernando Torres, Antoine Griezmann, Miguel Ángel Moyá, Kevin Gameiro, Gabi and Diego Godín were some of ones who were took pictures with them and signed balls and shirts.
