Mario Suárez: "We’re going to give our all"
The footballer from Madrid said that the match against San Jose Earthquakes will serve to start getting good feelings.
Mario Suárez attended the press who was present at our team’s training in the San Jose Earthquakes’ facilities and explained how the trip to San Francisco "Was long and we're a little tired, but today we’ve done a workout to loosen the legs and get to the match in the best conditions possible. It is a preparatory game and we face it as a major match to continue getting good feelings and we hope that everyone who comes to the field can enjoy themselves and that it serves us as preparation", he said about the match against the US team with which we’ll start our participation in the second edition of the EuroAmerican Cup.
The red and white players received the visit of the Women’s National Hockey Team. "It’s been great to be able to know the girls from the hockey national team and see how difficult it is to play this sport. We invite them to come to the game tomorrow", Suárez said.
We want to keep doing things right and further enthuse the fans
The midfielder took stock of the pre-season so far. "We’re over the hard and demanding block of Los Ángeles de San Rafael, that serve us to fill the tanks, and now comes the phase of more games that allow us to pick up the pace. You have to make the best of every day to get to the 19th in the best conditions".
Lastly, Mario Suárez spoke of the team’s goals for next year: "Continue to grow as a team after four very good years achieving important titles. We now have the opportunity to fight for another nice title such as Spain’s Super Cup, the only Spanish title we’re missing. We want to keep doing things right and further enthuse the fans", he concluded.
