FC Barcelona will be our opponent in the semi-finals of this season's Copa del Rey, as determined by the draw held this Wednesday at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. The tie, played over two legs, will see its first clash at the Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys on 25 February, while the return leg will take place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano on 2 April.
Our team reached the semi-finals after eliminating UE Vic in the first round (2-0), Cacereño in the round of 32 (3-1), Marbella FC in the round of 16 (1-0), Elche CF in the last 16 (4-0), and Getafe in the quarter-finals (5-0).
Meanwhile, Barcelona reached this stage after eliminating Barbastro in the round of 32 (4-0), Betis in the last 16 (5-1), and Valencia in the quarter-finals (5-0).
Real Madrid and Real Sociedad will face off in the other semi-final, with the final taking place on Saturday 26 April at the Estadio de La Cartuja (Seville).
