Here you will find all the necessary information to request tickets and support Atlético at the Estadio de la Cerámica for the match against Villarreal on Monday, 19 August, at 21:30 CEST:
- Away section tickets, in the secure area reserved for Atlético de Madrid fans, cost €60.
- Each club member (whether a season ticket holder or not) can request a ticket for the match through My Account, using the "Partidos fuera de casa (Away Matches)" tab. Requests can be submitted individually or as a group (up to a maximum of 6 members, regardless of whether they are season ticket holders or not) and must be received by 10:00 CEST on Tuesday, 6 August.
- After this date, the club will contact its members to inform them about the availability of tickets and, if applicable, the payment method for purchasing them.
- If requests exceed the number of available tickets, priority for allocation will be given to the longest-serving members first, or based on the average membership length for group requests.
- As usual, all tickets are personalised and non-transferable, with each ticket displaying the name and surname of the member to whom it is issued.
- At the entrance gates, Atlético de Madrid security personnel will verify the identity of the ticket holder, who must present an official identification document. If the name and surname on the document do not match those on the ticket, security staff will deny entry to the ticket holder, and the member will face the appropriate penalty according to the club's regulations.
This process will apply to every away match of the season.
