Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00 (non-stop).
Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
Saturdays prior to a match day from 10:00 to 14:00.
Match days, open from 10:00 until match ends.

The Atlético Customer Service Office is available to all members of Atlético de Madrid who need to carry out any update with the club (personal data updating, troubleshooting regarding licenses, etc.), and to provide any general information related to the club (match times, tickets, travel, etc.).
