Insua: "We are proud to belong to this club and this squad"
Emiliano Insua, left fullback of Atletico Madrid, was asked to appear before the media in the press room of the Majadahonda Sports City.
Insua said that "it is a match to end the season. I'm thinking about the game on Saturday. I do not know if I will be playing, but we have to finish this game and rest for the next season."
On a personal level, the Argentine said that "I’m thrilled at being involved a little more. But I'm very happy to belong to this club and to belong to this squad. We won the Copa del Rey, which is a very important tournament in Spain. As I always say, I am proud to belong to this club and this squad. Hopefully next season I can be more involved, which is what I want as a player and as a person."
Insua recognizes that "I came to this club to play, I play and I have three years left on my contract. In no time I have considered leaving. I want to start next season from scratch and in the same conditions as the player who is in my position. Hopefully I can play more minutes because it's what I want, that's why I came."
