Club Atlético de Madrid sell their stake in Lens

Solferino is set to buy Club Atlético de Madrid's 34.6 percent share of French club RC Lens.

Atlético reached an agreement with the Luxemburger company and Joseph Oughourlian will become Lens' sole proprietor.

"I'm happy to be able to announce this agreement, which begins the renewal of our commitment to a legendary club like Lens," Oughourlian said. " I want to thank Atlético de Madrid, who has been at our side as a very professional strategic partner."
