The Argentinean international will have a medical examination on Thursday before signing as a new Atletico player until 30th of June.

After the last training session of 2013 the Atletico captain and coach spoke with the fans and thanked them for their commitment and loyalty "day to day" in a magical year that will always remain in the memory of everyone involved with Atletico.

The first team will hold the last session of the year at 10:30 am and all the fans who wish to come along are welcome to support the players from the stands of our stadium.

The Atletico fullback acknowledged the difficulty of the game to achieve victory against Levante which he claimed to be the best opponent that has come to the Calderon this season.

The Atletico striker got two goals in the match against Levante and put in great performance in the victory and stated that the team must keep this dynamic for the future.

Diego Pablo Simeone appeared in the press room after winning 3-2 against Levante. The coach was impressed by the vibrant performance from his team and thanks to the "effort and heart" managed to pull ahead.
