2019 Wanda Football Cup to kick off on Friday
The U14 teams from Atlético de Madrid, Leicester City, PSV Eindhoven, Juventus, FC Porto, Wanda Team, AC Milan, New York City, Galatasaray, Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai FC, PAOK FC and Kawasaki Frontale will participate in the tournament. You can watch every game live on our website.
The second edition of the Wanda Football Cup is to kick off on June 7 at 9 am CET. Twelve of the world’s best youth teams will participate in the tournament organised by Atlético de Madrid, the Dalian Wanda Group and Royal Training Group in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, Spain. Every game will be streamed live on our website.
The first edition of the Wanda Football Cup, which took place in June 2018, was a huge success. Our Infantil A team won the tournament thanks to a penalty shootout victory in the final against FC Porto after the game ended 2-2.
All 12 teams will be hosted at the Be Smart Náyade hotel and the Hotel Segovia Sierra de Guadarrama in the town of Los Ángeles de San Rafael in Segovia, Spain. There, they will share the values of football and will get to know different cultures over four days. All games will be played at the Wanda Training Complex - Los Angeles de San Rafael.
The participating teams will be: Atlético de Madrid (Spain), Leicester City (England), PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands), Juventus (Italy), FC Porto (Portugal), Wanda Team (China), AC Milan (Italy), New York City (USA), Galatasaray (Turkey), Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai FC (Dubai), PAOK FC (Greece) and Kawasaki Frontale (Japan). The 12 sides will be divided into two groups of six. The top two teams from each group will play the semi-finals at 09.00 am on Sunday, and the final will take place at 11.45 am later that morning.
