Two goals from Borja and one of Villa in a game with the Youths
Villa, Óliver, Manquillo, and Borja Gimenez took part in a game with players from the Atletico Madrid Youth Honor Division team in a game played on field 4 of the Sports City. Borja (2) and Villa scored the goals in the game
Another session was held at the Ciudad Deportiva de Majadahonda in which the ball was the real protagonist. David Villa, Óliver, Giménez, Manquillo and Borja, first team players who did not travel to the Euro-American Cup, stretched for ten minutes and then began the exercises with the ball. The warm up continued for half an hour and then a 45-minute game with players from Atletico Madrid Juvenil DH took place. The players were divided into two teams, one in the training it and the other in blue bibs.
The red team consisted of: Santi Canedo; Manquillo, Giménez, Villapalos, Lucas, Sainz, Óliver, Borja, Arona, Robert and David Villa. While the blue team consisted of Fran; Mora, Cañete, Joseph, Sergi; Victor, Vizcaino, Nacho Buil, Aliou, Paul and Dieste.
The game ended with victory for the red team 3-0 with goals Borja getting two goals and David Villa getting one.
