Simeone: “Sparta Praha are a tough side that play at a high tempo”

The Argentinian coach was asked about the Czech side and the game that awaits.
“They’re a tough side, who front up in the Champions League and, above all, play high-tempo football at home. I don’t imagine it going any other way than us directing the game to where we believe we can hurt them and limit their intensity,” Simeone said.
When asked about the competition’s new format, Simeone said, “It gets you to give everything and try to win. It means we all have to stay alert, and it encourages you to go out there and try to win. It’s not been simple for anybody.”
Meanwhile, Barrios declared his hope to keep this positive run of results up despite the difficulty of the game.
“We’ve built some good form over our last few games. We hope we can keep that up tomorrow. I’m sure it’ll be a tough game, but we’ll try to do all we can in order to come away with all three points,” the midfielder said.
