The process to select seats in the new stadium begun on Thursday with the appointments scheduled with the oldest members of the club. A historic moment that reached its climax at 11:30 when our member number 1, José Luis Rodríguez, chose his seat for next season: seat 2 of row 27 of sector 105 of the new stadium.
The scheduled appointment with our most veteran member is the first of the 17.370 that the club intends to attend to until February of 2017 in order to give personalized attention to memebrs who are interested in an individual seat, and to those who have applied for the group seating in recent weeks. A team of 22 people is exclusively dedicated to assist members in their seating choice in the new stadium.
A calendar with approximate appointments for memberships done before 15th May, 2016 is now available. As the weeks progress, specific dates and hours to assist each member will be set. The club will be communicating the appointments individually 10 days in advance. The order of the appointments will be decided by the degree of seniority as members of the club and, for the groups, by the average seniority of the group.
During the summer and until the beginning of LaLiga, as it is the holiday period, only 1,000 members have been called, and they will be exceptionally offered the chance to choose their seat by phone with the help of the staff of the club.
