The club increased its income by 7% in the 14-15 season
In addition, an expenditure reduction of 0.64% over the previous year was achieved. A turnover of 194.6 million Euros is expected for the current season.
The Board of Directors of Club Atlético de Madrid, in a meeting at the Vicente Calderón Stadium, has calculated the annual accounts of the 2014/15 season, which shed a net profit, after taxes, of 13.1 million Euros, compared to the 1.6 million Euros that was the result of the previous season.
It should be noted that, in the 2014/15 season, the Club got a 7.24% income increase with respect to the previous season, together with an expenditure reduction of 0.64%.
The Board of Directors has also calculated the income and expenditure budget for this season, prepared in accordance with the criteria established by the LNFP rules of economic control and UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations, which expects a 194.6 million Euros turnover.
This meeting of the Board of Directors has had, for the first time in Spain, a simultaneous translation in Spanish and Chinese, following the practice begun in the previous meeting of the Council held in the Chinese city of Wuhan last June.
