Diego Pablo Simeone arranged a two-part session on the last training in Majadahonda Sports City before heading to Moscow, where they are scheduled to arrive tonight at 22.00 hours (19.00 Spanish time)

The first half hour of training took place in field 1 of the Sports City with a series of exercises with and without the ball, in addition to physical preparation focusing on strength and speed, led by trainer Oscar Ortega .

Then the group moved to the artificial turf on field 2 to continue the adaptation to the same surface they find in Moscow, something very different to what they’re used to. The session was attended by all the men who will travel to Moscow along with Insua, amd youth teamers Manquillo, Saul, Kader, Ndoye, Borja Galan, Ivan Calero and Galass. Players who will not travel to Russia enjoyed a rest day.
