Severiano García, the club’s new technical secretary
The new head of the Technical Department has already arrived in Madrid to begin this new professional chapter at our club.
Severiano García (Mexico City, 1987) is the club’s new technical secretary. His appointment marks the completion of the restructuring process that the sports department has been undergoing over the past year. The club once again places its trust in internal talent to strengthen its ranks.
Until now, Severiano had been the General Director of Football at Atlético San Luis, a role in which he has overseen the steady growth of our sister club in Liga MX over the past four years. In his new position, he will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and assessing players for all our teams in Spain, Mexico, and Canada, reporting directly to Carlos Bucero, the club’s General Director of Football.
