Request away match tickets to support Atleti on the road
If you would like to support our team at other stadiums, here you will find all the relevant information about the ticket sales process available in your Personal Area.
Check the full season calendar and the available away matches in your Personal Area to request tickets.
Up until match day 38, which will take place Wednesday 23 and Sunday 27 July against Villarreal CF at the Estadio de la Cerámica, we will play a total of 19 LaLiga away matches, four group stage games in the UEFA champions league, and additional knockout rounds if we qualify, as well as the Copa del Rey ties we are drawn into. Plenty of opportunities to join us on the road
REQUESTING TICKETS
The chance to request tickets for away matches is an exclusive benefit available to all club members, regardless of membership type (both season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders) or category (including junior members). If you are not a member yet, sign up here and enjoy this and many other benefits.
Requests must be made through the “Away Matches” section in your Personal Area. The application window will close 48 hours after the match time is officially confirmed. Members may request tickets individually or in groups with other members (up to a maximum of six)
Ticket prices will also be available in the Personal area as soon as they are confirmed by the host clubs.
TICKET CONFIRMATION
To help our members plan their trips and make hotel and/or flight bookings, tickets will be allocated to the corresponding members within 48 hours after the application window closes. Members must then proceed with payment.
If the number of requests exceeds the number of tickets provided by the home team, the allocation will be made based on membership seniority, either the individual member’s seniority or the average seniority of the group requesting together.
TICKET COLLECTION AND STADIUM ACCESS
The Club will inform all ticket holders of the time and place for collection in the host city.
The tickets are untransferable physical copies, personalised with the member’s name printed. Additionally, a wristband will be provided to all ticket holders to show at the stadium turnstiles, alongside their ticket and valid ID. In the event that the name does not match the one printed on the ticket, entry will be denied and the relevant club sanction will be applied to the member, in line with club regulations.
This in-person ticket collection procedure in the city where the match is played was also implemented last season and aims to prevent fraud and the resale of away tickets. In doing so, we protect those who use the system properly, ensuring that all tickets are truly allocated to the members to whom they were awarded based on seniority (or the average seniority of the membership group, where applicable), and prevent them from being used by third parties.
