Our team tried without luck
Atlético de Madrid could not cope with a well-aimed Celta, which decided the tie with two goals in the second half while our team crashed on the crossbar and the goalkeeper.

The match was one of the classics of the King’s Cup, with two teams in search of the goal and with luck only on the side of Celta. The first opportunity of the Galician team finished in a goal, just after Rubén Blanco saved the goal to a finish by Saúl. The tie came from Griezmann half an hour in, the result with which the first half ended.
Celta dealt two deadly blows in eight minutes. Guidetti first from far away and Pablo Hernández afterwards. Between one goal and the other, Atlético could have tied but Correa crashed his shot into the crossbar. Luck was still on the light blue side but our team did not give up and it was Correa who led the enthusiasm in the stands with a goal in the final stretch of the match. But we had to score two goals in ten minutes and it could not be although Atlético tried until the very end. First defeat in the Cup this season that means our farewell because of the goalless tie of the first leg. Now, we think about Saturday's game at the Camp Nou against Barcelona.
