Match against the youths in Thursday's session
With the mind set on the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, the first team worked hard in the Majadahonda Sports City in a game against the youths.
A mere three days away from the first game of the season in Sevilla, Simeone continued with the preparation that started over a month ago. For training on Thursday, the coaching staff prepared a session in which the players played a game against the youth divided into two groups. The game had two 45 minutes half and each team played one of them, Alfredo Santaelena’s men also alternated in each half.
With the Argentine coach in the field giving instructions to the players who showed the usual intensity of each match and training. The players who played international matches yesterday with their national teams were not present in the exercise and their presence is expected for the single session on Friday, which will take place as usual time as the last few days, at 9:30am in the Majadahonda Sports City.
