Gámez: "Our goal is the next match"

Jesús Gámez appeared at the press conference after the training to analyse the current Atlético team. The Andalusian winger said that the team is eager to return to the competition: "After a defeat, you are eager for the next match to reverse the situation. You have to take advantage of the time available to train", adding that despite the setback, "we fight for every ball till the last minute and we never give up".

Gámez acknowledged that the red and white squad is only thinking on the next commitment."Our goal is the next match and we'll concentrate on that. We have done well with the game-by-game".

Having landed at the Calderón last summer, the Andalusian was ambitious with his role in the team: "I came to work from the first moment, to contribute to the group everything I had and be available for the coach".
