David Villa passes the medical
The Asturian striker has this morning done various medical tests at Majadahonda Fremap Clinics, Fremap of Las Rozas and the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad San Pablo CEU. The footballer has passed all medical tests with a positive result.
Early in the morning David Villa presented himself at the clinic Fremap Majadahonda to do the first part of a medical with Atletico Madrid. After spending the first medical tests supervised by Dr. Jose Maria Villalon, he moved to the center of Las Rozas Fremap to continue completing the medical examination. The international striker underwent a test track study ranging from cardiology to ophthalmology through a stress test.
Later, Villa called in at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad San Pablo CEU to complete a study isokinetic muscle which measures the force that the player is able to develop flexor and extensor muscles of the leg and compared the balance of these muscles within the leg. The study was conducted by the Department of Nursing and Physiotherapy of the university.
Once passed all medical tests, the striker was able to resume his holiday that will last until July 15th when he will be presented at the Vicente Calderon at 20.00 hours.
