Courtois : "A 4-1 round is amazing"
The Belgian keeper spoke to the press and he admitted that the team kept control of the game most of the time and did not give the rivals goal occasions.
Thibaut Courtois said that during the second leg "the fans have been amazing and we have a done a great match, except for the 15 minutes when they scored. 4-1 result in the second leg is very impressive".
As for performance of the team in the continental competition, he said that "when a great team has came to the Calderon it has always been difficult for them to create chances . Their today´s goal was luck, Juanfran touched , but otherwise they did not have great chances".
Finally, he referred to the team of Pep Guardiola and all other potential rivals in the quarterfinals. "Bayern are a very strong team, they win it all in Germany and played very well in Europe. The team that is going to come will have it difficult at the Calderon, hopefully we can move on to semifinals, but there are many league matches ahead", he concluded.
