Our players analysed Wednesday’s match against Bayern in the first leg match of the Champions League semi-finals.
Our coach answered the media in the VIP box of the Vicente Calderón stadium.
Filipe Luis, Augusto Fernández, Saúl and Jan Oblak were in charge of answering the media at the Wanda Atlético de Madrid Training Complex.
Ángel Correa and José María Giménez answered the media in the mixed zone of the Vicente Calderón, after the 1-0 win against Málaga.
Correa came out for the last half hour and sentenced Málaga with a goal from outside the box. Fifth straight win of our team in the League to stay in the fight.
The Bavarian team won its sixth victory in the domestic championship and still leads the table.
The Calderón offered a great appearance for Málaga’s visit. The fans once again supported the team in another match of our team at home.
Our Sports Director has visited the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where we will play against Tottenham Hotspurs on July 29th.
Simeone has called 18 players for this Saturday’s match against Málaga. Giménez is the great novelty of the squad-list, after being medically discharged. Tiago, Godín, Óliver and Kranevitter are not on the list.
