Atletico’s midfielder was in the squad team of the first leg match played in Eindhoven.
Augusto Fernández has made his debut in the Champions League this Tuesday. At 29, Atlético’s player was one of those chosen ones by Simeone to be a starter in the second leg match of the Champions League. The Argentinian international had already been called for the first leg match, although in the end he did not have the chance to play his first minutes in the European competition.
