Atlético de Madrid Féminas said goodbye to the European dream. Miguel Angel Sopuerta’s girls were defeated by 6-0 against Olympique Lyonnais in the round of sixteen of the Women's Champions League.
The match began with a respectful minute's silence for the victims of the attack in Paris. The French team got ahead thanks to Hegenberg in minute 23. Schelin and Kumagai, on penalty shots, scored the 3-0 by half-time. In the second half, Schelin, Hegerberg and Thomis scored the final 6-0.
