On Sunday, we beat Eibar to qualify for next season’s UEFA Women’s Champions League. As a result, the Rojiblancas will play in the competition for the seventh time ever.
For the second year in a row, Atleti have finished in the top three, on 55 points. The 0-2 victory over Eibar, thanks to a goals by Rash Ajibade in the 43th minute, and Fiamma in the 77th, saw the Rojiblancas qualify for Europe’s most prestige tournament in women’s club football.
