Although in the last years we haven’t played the Champions League, I see my teammates and feel very secure. I’ve had many teammates, lived big moments and I can guarantee that my teammates are fully capable and ready to face these kind of matches. We’re not thinking on making errors, but on what we have to do well. We’re thrilled because this is a Champions semifinal, a beautiful opportunity for us. Regarding the season he played with Chelsea, he said, “I lived a good and unforgettable year here. The coach is the same and I would be lying if I said this match isn’t special. It’s a Champions semifinal. I see Lisbon closer, a stadium I know well and where I lived big moments. But I can’t get distracted thinking how nice it would be to be in Lisbon, because tomorrow is going to be very complicated. I must focus on what needs doing if I play and do it well because if we all do it well, Lisbon can possibly be much closer”.
