The calendar tightens after the League break
The competition returns and the calendar is tight, with seven matches in the next three weeks. The first will be the Atlético-Barcelona at the Vicente Calderón.
After the League break because of the national team commitments, the competition resumes next weekend with an exciting Atlético de Madrid-Barcelona at the Calderón. It will be the first of seven commitments that our team will face over the next 22 days.
The beginning of the Champions League and a game during the week makes the calendar to be tight in the coming weeks. The first match for our team will be played next Saturday at the Calderón against Barcelona (20:30). Three days later, we will travel to Istanbul to inaugurate the first phase of the Champions League against Galatasaray (20:45). That same week, Eibar expects us in Ipurúa (Saturday the 19th, 20:30).
The next game will be on Tuesday, September 22nd, (20:00) against Getafe at our stadium, while in the sixth round of the League, Atletico will face Villarreal at El Madrigal (Saturday the 26th, 20:30). There would still be two commitments more at the Calderán: against Benfica in the second round of the Champions League and the derby against Real Madrid, which will be on Sunday the 4th at 20:30.
