Atlético de Madrid and Google Cloud have reached an agreement to extend our collaboration for the next two seasons, during which our primary cybersecurity partner will provide a serve to our men’s teams, just like the service provided to the women’s teams last season.

Since the beginning of this collaboration, we have worked with Google Cloud on innovative methods to improve our position when it comes to cybersecurity. We have made significant investments in the protection of our operational and fans’ data through the use of Google Cloud’s Backup and Disaster Recovery service, which ensures protection and rapid recovery of critical systems in the event of disruptions.
Our commitment to cybersecurity is clear, given that it plays a vital role in preventing fraud online, protecting our analyses of the performances of our teams as well as protecting our fans when it comes to the purchase of tickets and official products. Furthermore, inside of the stadium, a robust security system will guarantee the correct working of essential systems such as electronic access controls and digital signalling. And, for all of this, we have our best ally thanks to our partnership with Google Cloud.
