Our coach Diego Pablo Simeone analyzed the derby against Real Madrid
Following our draw at the Santiago Bernabéu, Diego Pablo Simeone spoke to the press and analyzed the match.
"It was a nice game especially in the first half. Our first half was very good", Simeone said. "We had two very important chances in the first half to find the back of the net. In the second half they improved and we worked very well to close the match."
Simeone talked about Thomas substitution.
"When Thomas come on to the pitch, we strengthened the midfield. As soon as the team got back together in the midfield , we put Kalinic in."
In regards to their players, Simeone highlighted their great work.
"The team is playing very well. I think we've been growing", he said. "Today we made a very good first half and now we have to continue in this line."
