Simeone: "I trust my players very much"
The Argentine trainer analysed the keys of the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals, which we will play this Wednesday against Real Madrid.
Just before the last training before the second leg of semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, Diego Pablo Simeone addressed the media, to analyse how his team will face this Wednesday’s duel.
"We have faith in what we are capable of doing, I trust my players very much. I have known the majority of them for five and a half years and have no doubt that tomorrow they are going to play a great game," the red and white manager noted.
"I think that we need to defend well, obviously, to have more chances to continue in the fight. This is going to give us options to play minute by minute, second by second, looking for what we want: to book a spot in the final," the Argentinian coach said.
"Our hope is to start strong, like all the teams that play at home. The emotional part, if it’s balanced with the football part, is the best way to play a great match,” assured Simeone.
