Simeone calls 21 footballers
The Argentinian coach provided the squad list after the last work session in the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
Diego Pablo Simeone has called 21 players for the match of the League’s first round that we will play against UD Las Palmas this Saturday at 20:30 at the Vicente Calderón Stadium. The players called by the Argentinian coach are Moyá, Oblak, Godín, Filipe, Savič, Gámez, Lucas, Juanfran, Giménez, Tiago, Koke, Raúl García, Óliver, Gabi, Saúl, Carrasco, Griezmann, Fernando Torres, Jackson, Correa and Vietto.
For his part, Paco Herrera, coach of UD Las Palmas, has called 19 players to travel to Madrid: Raúl Lizoain, David Simón, Antolín Alcaraz, Vicente Gómez, David García, Nauzet Alemán, Willian José, Asdrúbal, Sergio Araujo, Momo, Hernán, Roque, Aythami Artiles, Pedro Bigas, Javi Castellano, Jonathan Viera, Valerón, Dani Castellano and Dani Lorenzo.
