Simeone calls 19 players for the League debut
Moreira, Gaitán and Gameiro have entered the first squad list of the season.
Diego Pablo Simeone has called 19 players for the League debut against Alavés. Our team will start the season at the Vicente Calderón this Sunday at 22:15. Antoine Griezmann has not made the list due to a ban, and Moyá, due to injury. The list is made up by the following players: Oblak, Moreira, Godín, Filipe, Savic, Lucas, Juanfran, Giménez, Tiago, Koke, Saúl, Augusto, Gabi, Carrasco, Thomas, Gaitán, Fernando Torres, Correa and Gameiro.
For his part, Mauricio Pellegrino, coach of Alavés, has called 20 players to travel to Madrid: Adrián Ortolá, Fernando Pacheco, Kiko Femenía, Alexis, Laguardia, Feddal, Vigaray, Raúl García, Dani Torres, Manu, Krsticic, Llorente, Camarasa, Ibai, Edgar, Sobrino, Espinoza, Toquero, Santos and Manu Barreiro.
