Simeone: "It was a nice game for the fans"

After our thrilling 2-3 win against Al Ahly for the 'Match for Peace', Diego Pablo Simeone spoke to the press.
"We feel very honoured and respected by the treatment we received in Alexandria. To be able to take part of a 'Match for Peace' is good for everyone," he said. "It was a nice game for the fans who were in the stadium."
Al Ahly surprised Atlético and was winning 2-0, before Kevin Gameiro scored a hat-trick to give the 'rojiblancos' the win.
"They were very competitive," he said. "They were good technically and very fast."
