Raúl García: "Nobody gives anything and Osasuna will make it difficult"
The Atletico striker warned of the difficulty of the game against Osasuna in a press conference. He also assured that the team is "self-reliant" and going in to this final stretch of the season eager.
The effort of the match against Milan should not pose any problem as they look for a win over Osasuna. "We're going with the idea of changing the chip. We know we have to change the mentality of playing in the Champions League, for us it is another very important competition" he said.
The feelings of returning to Pamplona "are always good". The Navarre player is looking forward to a "special" game. "You all know what I have left and I have there. It will always be the club that has given me everything, I am now with Atletico which has been fundamental to being happy today. I have many friends, family, friends on the opposing team and it will be a special game, as it is every year," he said.
The League s getting more difficult as the weeks pass, no team gives anything away. "We know that Sunday will be a tough game and it is worth three points like any other. Now we have to continue more than ever, our mentality of going game by game. At this stage of the season no one gives anything away and Osasuna will make things very difficult," said.
Raúl García, finally spoke about his renewal. "To me it's still the same thing as a few days ago but that tranquility, in quotation marks, that I’m still linked to the club. Both they and I wanted to extend the contract. It helps me see they still trust me and I’ll keep working, more so than before, to go on," he said.
