Madrid On Ice bids farewell until Christmas 2025, surpassing all expectations
Over 100,000 visitors experienced Madrid On Ice, one of Europe’s largest ice rinks, spanning 4,760 square metres. This was the first time a football stadium in Spain hosted such a massive skating rink. Madrid On Ice will return for Christmas 2025.
More than 100,000 skaters glided across the colossal ice rink of Madrid On Ice at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano from 23 December to 5 January.
We would like to thank the thousands of Madrid locals and visitors from across Spain who came to our stadium in recent weeks to enjoy the magic of Christmas.
This marks the first time a rink of this scale has been installed inside a football stadium in Spain. The event was a resounding success, with all tickets sold out. The unique venue offered a skating experience for all ages, from experts to beginners, alongside live music performances by various DJs and breathtaking light and ice performance shows.
Madrid On Ice, one of Europe’s largest ice rinks and Spain’s longest at 4,760 square metres, became the capital’s tourist attraction par excellence this past Christmas.
The 2024-2025 edition of Madrid On Ice has been a spectacle for all the senses.
