Hyundai delivered the new Tucson to our men's and women's team players

Eight players, four from the men's first team and four from the women's first team, together with Diego Pablo Simeone and Óscar Fernández, coaches of both teams, were present at the car presentation ceremony by our sponsor Hyundai.

The Cívitas Metropolitano hosted this Friday the delivery ceremony of the Hyundai vehicles, official sponsor of Club Atlético de Madrid since 2018, which was attended by our coach Diego Pablo Simeone, the men's first team players Koke, Oblak, Morata, and Marcos Llorente, along with Óscar Fernández, coach of the women's first team and the players Lola Gallardo, Carmen Menayo, Maitane and Marta Cardona.

This year, the vehicles were handed over in a very original way, as some of the keys were hidden in the Cívitas Metropolitano. Thanks to our commitment to design and innovation in electric technologies and inclusive mobility solutions, our players have had an exceptional helper to find them: the SPOT robot.

The SPOT robot is a collaboration between Hyundai and Boston Dynamics. SPOT is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered robot with autonomous navigation and remote operation technology. The robot, whose battery has been powered by the IONIQ 5's bi-directional charging, has helped our players find their vehicles.

At this event, the new slogan was presented: "For the Fans. For the future", which was born with the common objective of Hyundai and Atlético de Madrid to fight, together with the fans, for a better future. Therefore, from now on all joint actions will revolve around sustainability, electrification and innovation; fundamental pillars shared by our club and the company.
