Grupo Cívitas will continue as an official sponsor of the club
Despite the official stadium name change to Riyadh Air Metropolitano, the partnership with Grupo Cívitas remains, and both entities will continue collaborating.
This Wednesday, the new official name of our stadium was announced as Riyadh Air Metropolitano, following the expansion of the agreement with the Saudi airline which made it the largest sponsorship deal in Atlético de Madrid’s history. As a result, Grupo Cívitas, which previously held the naming rights to the ground, has reached a new sponsorship agreement with the club.
Grupo Cívitas became a sponsor of Atlético de Madrid in 2022, giving the stadium its name. From now on, our partnership will continue for at least the next five years, during which both entities will continue their collaboration.
