Gabi: "We are proud to try to win tomorrow and get a spot in front of our people"

Gabriel Fernández answered the media in the preview of the Champions match. "Tomorrow is crucial, it’s clear that with the result that we achieved, we have an obligation and there is nothing more beautiful than winning in front of our own people. We know what’s at stake tomorrow, for our people, for the club, for how excited we are for this competition and I think we arrive at a great time," he said. 

The midfielder noted the work he’s been doing with the team this season. "Atlético de Madrid knows how to compete and knows what’s it plays and, for us, it’s a source of pride to try to win tomorrow and win a spot in front of our people. I think that we have earned the position we’re in and where we are at and we will continue on the same line.
