"Day to day you show that we are a great team"
After the last training session of 2013 the Atletico captain and coach spoke with the fans and thanked them for their commitment and loyalty "day to day" in a magical year that will always remain in the memory of everyone involved with Atletico.
Our stars trained at the Vicente Calderon in the last workout of 2013. The Atletico session was a real party where young and old enjoyed the morning session with Diego Pablo Simeone. After training, which lasted 1 hour 45 minutes, the players in the first team threw balls to the stands to thank the tireless efforts of a crowd that throughout 2013 have led Atletico to one of the best years in our history.
With the Calderon paced, Gabi wanted to have a word of thanks to all the fans. "For another season we want to thank you for your behaviour throughout the year. Any player of Atletico Madrid is delighted to have you. Every day you show that we are a big team. We hope that 2014 comes packed with success. We will continue working to make next year even better than this."
Diego Pablo Simeone also wanted to reward the fans with a spectacular statements that said "We will continue working" so that 2014 will be just as prosperous as this year. "I thank you for coming today and supporting the team like you have done all year. Hopefully next year we can continue to give joy for the belonging to Atletico Madrid. Happy New Year to everyone and see you soon," he concluded.
