Correa: "The goal helped Atlético win"
The young striker went out in the second half and it took him less than a minute to score his first goal. He assisted Fernando Torres in the second one.
Ángel Correa became one of the important players of the match when he scored the first goal. The Argentinian analysed Atlético’s win: "We knew it would be a very hard-fought game, but we were able to win it."
Regarding his scoring debut as an Atlético in an official match, the striker said: "It was very important. The good thing is that it served Atlético to win and we have to keep on this path."
On his personal performance, Óliver Torres said that "each match goes a certain way. I have felt very comfortable. We had to have the ball and the team wanted me to have it. I've gone out with eagerness, ambition and the desire to add, because in the end, the important thing is the team."
