Víctor Mollejo, Joaquín make first team debuts
Mollejo becomes the first player born in the 21st Century to play an official match with our first team.
Víctor Mollejo and Joaquín made their Atleti first team debuts during Saturday's 3-0 win against Huesca.
Mollejo, who will turn 18 on Jan. 21, has become the first player born in the 21st Century to play an official match with our first team.
"I'm very happy to have made my debut for my boyhood club. It's a dream come true," Mollejo said.
Joaquín claimed that the Atlético de Madrid B players were working very hard.
"It's a childhood dream to play in LaLiga, and i'm very happy to have done so with Atleti. The B team players are working very hard, you can tell by our results, and we hope to continue like this and have more chances to play with the first team," Joaquín said.
