The Wanda Metropolitano held a moment of silence for Rivilla

Before kick-off in the Wanda Metropolitano, Atlético de Madrid held a moment of silence for club legend Feliciano Rivilla.

Rivilla defended our club’s jersey in 356 matches throughout 10 seasons.

Our legendary right back made his debut for Atlético in 1958 and stayed in the club until 1968, when he retired. For the club, Rivilla won three Copas (1960, 1961 and 1965), one league title (1965-66) and the 1962 Cup Winners' Cup against Fiorentina.
