The ‘Rojiblancos’ celebrate the traditional meal in José María
The club holds the traditional pre-season meal
The Restaurant Jose Maria in Segovia has become a charismatic place for Atlético. The excellence of its food and the friendliness of its staff have made the visit to this gastronomic temple a tradition within the club. After the victory in Albuera, the squad moved to the establishment in the center of town to taste the famous suckling pig.
This season the honor of cutting the pig with plates before breaking them went to Miranda, Reyes, Lázaro Albarracín, Gregorio Manzano and the mayor of Segovia, Pedro Arahuetes.
The dinner was attended by all staff and a group of journalists who appreciated the delicacy of José María.
