Stefan Savic renews his contract until 2024
The Montenegrin, who joined our club in 2015, will stay with us for three more years.
Atlético de Madrid are delighted to announce that Stefan Savic has renewed his contract for a further season – until June 30, 2024. The Montenegrin joined our club in 2015 and has been a key player ever since.
Savic made his debut on Sep. 22, 2015 against Getafe. Our centre back has since then made 202 appearances for our club – winning 117 games and losing just 14% of them. At our club, he has won the Europa League and UEFA Super Cup in 2018 and LaLiga in 2021. The 30-year-old played a key role in our domestic success last season.
