Slavko Vinčić will referee Man United-Atleti
The Slovenian will referee the Champions League Round 16 secong leg at Old Trafford on Tuesday 15 March.
UEFA has appointed Slavko Vinčić for the Man. United - Atleti game at Old Trafford on Tuesday 15 March. He will be assisted on the sidelines by Tomaž Klančnik and Andraž Kovačič, also from Slovenia. The fourth official will be Romanian Rade Obrenovič, while the video assistant referee will be German Marco Fritz and the video assistant referee will be Jure Praprotnik, also with the Slovenian nationality.
The Slovenian referee has only refereed our team once before. That was in the 2020/21 season, on the game against Lokomotiv Moscow at the Wanda Metropolitano on matchday four of the group stage, which ended in a 0-0 draw.
