“We were closer to earning the win in the second half and could have done so with Arias’ chance. We fought for the win until the end at a very difficult stadium. We didn’t manage to win, but we have to keep working, because every match is like a final,” the Argentine said.
Koke also shared his thoughts on the game.
“It was a very intense match. Today we drew at a tough stadium, but we have to win our games, because we want to qualify for the Champions League. They played better in the first half, but we improved after their goal and equalised. We were better in the second half and had a good chance in the end through Arias,” our captain said.
